If you need a very safe,sound, cute CONFIDENCE BUILDING little mule we have him. He is 13yrs, 12hh, black, being ridden by a 9 & 10 yr old child. He is only 12hh but is very stout and could carry up to 150 very easily.(not for a tall person but great for a child or small adult) . He is NOT gaited, slow like a QH and neck reins very little but follows a trail or another animal PERFECT.  He doubles with a buddy seat, carrys saddle bags,rain coats,horn bags, anything. He has been ridden everywhere in TN and last as long as you can. He rides in the front or the back and doesn't care if he is left behind.  Loads/unloads great, clips (except for ears), stands tied all day without moving, comes right in the barn and stays quiet in the stall, easy to shoe/pick feet, easy to ground handle, flyspray, baths, slow and not pushy, has had all of his shots (in March) , teeth floated annually, (uses a low port grazing bit) wormed twice a year, is low in the pecking order in the field-he just tends to mind his own business and stays to himself. He is in perfect health, wears shoes from spring to fall and then barefoot from fall to spring so his feet are in great shape. Not a mean bone in his body, never kicked,reared,bit or shown any bad behavior in the 2 yrs we have had him. He was brought here from out west, spent 2 yrs with our friends teaching their daughter how to ride and we have had him 2 yrs to teach our nieces how to ride. They are riding so much better now and are ready to move on up to our other faster mules. He is a 100% confidence building mule - no spook and will not refuse to do anything on the trail. Crosses logs (will jump if needed), water, mud, we take our dogs everywhere so he is used to them running everywhere, golf carts, 4-wheelers, fans in the barn (he loves it in the summer), wears a crupper fine, take a bit good, easy to tack up. Traffic safe (I ride my mule and lead him to the local school to pick kids up with him and he is right in the middle of the busses and school traffic and does great).  Have plenty of photos so e-mail if interested rockoneffie@bellsouth.net  or call 615-419-8305 and leave msg if no answer.
